  • Step 1 : Keyword Research
    Optimise for the wrong keywords and you may NEVER see any results!

    Unfortunately the most common mistake made when optimising a website is choosing the wrong keywords. These could be keywords that are too generic (and therefore lead to a high percentage of irrelevant traffic), too competitive or keywords that are not proven as highly popular by the desired target audience.

    It is of the utmost importance to properly research and identify the full range of the most relevant keywords to target when commencing an SEO program. This ensures that the effort put into the search engine marketing will result in better results and higher amounts of relevant traffic.
  • Step 2 : Website Optimisation and Housekeeping
    Once your ideal keywords have been identified, we then manually go through your entire site structure, content, etc. and put together a plan for optimising your website for the targeted keywords. We also set up your site for Google Analytics, set up robots.txt and a sitemap.xml file and submit your site to Google, Yahoo and Bing.
    We also do comprehensive analysis of your top 3 competitors to specifically attempt to gain higher rankings than them and therefore attract a lot more customers to your website.

    At the end of this we put together a comprehensive step by step checklist of changes to be made on the site to ensure it is optimised directly for the targeted keywords.

  • Step 3 : Submission to popular and relevant directories
    Don't be fooled by others who will submit your website to 'thousands' of directories. These have no (and sometimes a negative) impact on your rankings. Instead we submit your website to highly respected directories such as Yahoo, DMOZ and True Local which are proven to bring more customers to your site and also positively influence your rankings by increasing your link popularity.
  • Step 4 : Focus on Local Search
    Local search is an ever growing market as more and more people are using search engines to find local suppliers of goods and services rather than the old traditions of directories like Yellow Pages.
    As the major search engines put more focus on local search results, we also put a lot of work into ensuring you are exposed in local search results. We set up your Google Places listing and optimise it for your targeted keywords. We also submit your website to many local search directories to ensure you capture this every growing audience.
  • Step 5 : Social Media Integration
    There is no doubt that integration with Facebook and Twitter is essential for websites. In 2010 it was announced that Facebook outgrew Google as the most used website in the world and evidence shows that many people are now using social media to search for products and services.

  • Step 7 : Monthly optimisation, maintenance and reporting (optional)
    For an ongoing fee of only $770 per month (inc. gst), monitor your website, it's rankings and other stats to identify ways to maintain and keep improving both rankings and conversion rates on your website. This includes a comprehensive monthly report outlining movements in your rankings, overview of traffic on your site and many other important statistics. The report also outlines and recommendations for the coming month to keep improving your rankings and conversion rate.
