My website required certain deviations from a standard site, one of my requests was that I asked for a client log in area where my customers could view their films.  This was a big ask, but your company not only achieved my request but also altered certain restrictions on the context management system to allow me to upload larger, better quality videos.  You catered to my specific need which was fantastic. 

Every issue was rectified with a ‘can do’ attitude which considering I am over the other side of the country, was most comforting.

"We are MORE than happy with the site - the overall design, colour and content met our expectations well.  At the start point, it is difficult to envisage the end result and not having experience with design previously, it seemed a daunting task but we feel the site has the distinctive, Australian "feel" we were after.

We feel the designers did a great job and Mantis accommodated the changes promptly and without fuss.  It is not until you start to fill in the content that you realise for example, that FAQ would be a valuable tool for us at the top of the page.  It is very hard to know what you need on the site, but the guidance Mantis provided was very valuable.

We also liked the idea of a "package" as it became far too complicated with others using their computer language to describe various components/requirements of a site.  Your own site is "user friendly" which means the sites you design, would reflect this.
